3、Q: What is the deal with free shipping?
      A: You don't pay a single cent for shipping! All our items are shipped for free to our customers

4、Q:Can I buy sample shoes and what is the price?
      A:We accept to sell even one pair as sample.Please contact us for price.

5、Q:What is the minimum order?
   A:We prefer to start a regular order at minimum 12pair, if you need an order less      12pair. please kindly negotiate with us

6、Q:Do you accept cash on delivery (COD) ?
   A:No.we only accept delivery upon your prepayment

7、Q:How long it takes to receive shoes ?
   A:Most usually it takes 5-7 business day to receive the shoes.
8、Q: How are shoes packaged ?
   A:shoes are shipped directly from stocks, and are all packaged in its original box (with bar code,tag,etc).Merchandises are carefully surrounded in protective material.

9、Q： How can I get informations after I have paid for goods ？
   A：We will e-mail the tracking number of the express company to you as soon as we receive the Western Union tracking number.

10  Q：When and how can I check on my order status ?
    A：Normaly, after 3 days you can trace your package(s).

11  Q：Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA and Europe ) ?
    A：Yes. We currently ship to many international locations

We DO NOT offer refunds.
Some unexceptable reasons for exchange are: "I don't want the stuff anymore" or " I ordered the wrong size or color". Colors of shoes are darker or lighter than shown on the picture.
Acceptable Reasons for exchange: Wrong shoe or size sent by the factory , mistake made from us..
The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges back to us! If you do not ship it back to us for inspection, we cannot offer you an exchange.
